The Madison Metropolitan School District is heralded as one of the very best in Wisconsin and recognized across the country as well, because of high test scores and teacher salaries. Many are flocking to buy homes in the district which also includes such areas as Verona, Fitchburg, Middleton & other surrounding areas in Dane County. Many of my clients are able to have their children attend the Madison public schools, even though their children were attending private schools in other areas of the country.
The Madison Metropolitan School District operates 46 schools; while serving approximately 25,000 students and is one of the larger school districts in Wisconsin.
